• Please always send your payment receipt after completing your transaction.

• Provide accurate details (name, phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery method) to avoid delays.
• If ordering for someone else, kindly specify the recipient’s name.
3. Delivery:
• Standard delivery days are Thursdays and Sundays.
• Orders outside these days may incur additional delivery fees.
• We deliver nationwide and ensure packages are handled with care.
4. Refunds & Exchanges:
• No refunds or exchanges – all sales are final.
• Replacements are allowed only if we make a mistake or send an incorrect item. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and provide a clear photo or video.
• Items must be in their original condition with tags intact for any issue to be considered.
• We are not responsible for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
